Beni Ourain rugs are hand knotted by Berber women of the Beni Ourain tribe in the Middle Atlas Mountains.

The wool is dyed naturally, using an ancient technique, based on exclusively natural substances, which requires skill and time, to give the rug its unique and durable appearance for very long years of use.
